The 2023 EHA Meeting will be held at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel and Suites Pittsburgh-Downtown (One Bigelow Square, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, United States) from September 8-10, 2023. We have negotiated a special rate of $169/night (exclusive of taxes) for the conference dates, plus you can get the rate three nights before and three nights after the conference dates based on availability in the hotel. SPECIAL NOTE: We are running short of rooms, and some nights are now very low. We are now asking that if you still have not reserved your rooms to contact the hotel via email to Patty Iannotta (piannotta@doubletreepgh.com) referencing the EHA 2023 meeting. Please cc Jeremy Land (jeremy.land@gu.se) to make sure your case is handled.

Note: If you experience any issues in getting the rate for your stay, please email Jeremy Land (jeremy.land@gu.se) first. DO NOT contact the hotel support line or book via another booking service such as Expedia.
