Today, along with Jeff Liebman of Harvard University (and formerly  
President Clinton's NEC special assistant for social security) and Maya  
MacGuineas of the New America Foundation (and formerly a social security  
advisor to Senator McCain's presidential campaign), I have released a  
Nonpartisan Social Security Reform plan.
