OZ.S: Incorporation of EHSANZ

Dear Simon

I am writing to you, in your capacity as President of the EHSANZ, to 
confirm that our application to incorporate the EHSANZ was accepted by 
the NSW Office of Fair Trading on 17 April 2007. As Secretary, I 
currently hold the Certificate of Incorporation. This enacts the 
successful motion to incorporate that was put at the Ordinary General 
Meeting on 13 February 2007. All members holding office prior to this 
meeting have retained their positions. Henceforth the Society will be 
known as the Economic History Society of Australia and New Zealand 
Incorporated (EHSANZ Inc.).
