HES: ANN--HES List Fully Functional

Hi,

The HES list is once again operating.

I distributed several emails and everything seemed to be fine.  These 
messages may appear off your screen if you sort your email by date.

I will continue working with the HES Executive Committee to explore 
options for our list.

I apologize for any inconvenience  this outage has caused.

I thank Thomas Whaples for his help in getting things running again.
