Yes. This is well-discussed in the (revised) one volume edition of
Skidelsky's biography. See especially the Introduction which recounts Lord
Skidelsky's own dealings with Geoffrey. Note too that Geoffrey was the
"medical consultant" as it were for Bloomsbury, and was quite involved, with
James Strachey and his wife in finding help for Virginia Woolf.
