   Dear HESers - I think that Doug Mackensie has jumped to an incorrect
   conclusion regarding the elimination of fields at JOE. The reason the two
   fields he mentioned did not show up in the August list on JOE was because
   no schools were looking for people in those fields in August. The JEL
   categories for the fields are still listed at the site. The sky is not 
   falling.
