The oldest reference among the JSTOR journals to "supply creates its own 
demand" -- exactly that phrase, not some equivalent expression, is found 
in English in an article written by Davidson in Swedish, which I cannot 
read, but can see refers to Keynes:

The oldest reference in JSTOR to Say's law is, however, much older and 
expresses the concept of supply creates its own demand clearly:
