It is, of course, James Ahiakpor's prerogative to decide in which
language(s) he wishes to read economics but it is also up to
Nicholas Theocarakis to decide whether or not to provide a
translation of a piece written, as Anthony Waterman rightly points
out, in the dominant language of that time. Never mind, moreover,
that translation is an art (and a time-consuming one, for that) in
which few excel to the point that both the intellectual and emotive
contents are properly conveyed.
