EH.R: Is Trade Unique to Humans?

I recall a piece on the back cover of the JPE about dolphins who received fish in exchange for bringing trash to their caretaker.  The point was that the dolphins figured out that by tearing up a paper bag into smaller pieces they would end up getting more fish.

Even if the trade itself may have been "taught" to the dolphins, their comprehension of exchange rates seems to have been original.
