Good afternoon prolific scholars of the EHA,
If you are an author and want to be sure your book is included in the
EHA Book Display at the 67th Annual Conference in Austin, Texas, you
can check to see if your publisher is sending it by looking at the
Book Exhibit page on the EHA Meeting website at www.ehameeting.com
and go to the link entitled "Book List"
Listed by publisher and then alphabetically by author, are the titles
that presses have indicated they have sent for the book display. If
your book is not listed, call your publisher and encourage them to
send it. It will be updated constantly. The process is easy and you
can give them the address of the meeting website and tell them to go
to the Book Exhibit page and then to click on the link for "letter
and forms." Carolyn Tuttle sent out letters to all the publishers in
the spring but some are reluctant to send books and the pressure you
can apply could make all the difference.
Thanks,
