Subscribing to EH.Net Lists

EH.Net has recently switched to the Mailman mailing list system. You can access our main list interface at the following URL:

• http://eh.net/mailman/listinfo/

Use this interface if you want to subscribe or unsubscribe to our lists, change your subscription options (turning on or off "digest mode" or "vacation mode"), or to change your email address.

Problems with EH.Net lists

If you have any problems with EH.Net mailing lists, you can examine Mailman end-user documentation. If you have any questions which are not answered by this manual, contact admin@eh.net.

The number one cause of problems with Mailman is giving it the wrong email address. In order to post to a mailing list, you must be subscribed; however, if the address you use to subscribe is not identical to the one you use to send mail, Mailman cannot recognize it. Sometimes your mail server will send your mail with an address which you may not expect. For example, a mail server might send mail as "somebody@somedepartment.somecollege.edu" when you expect just "somebody@somecollege.edu".
