The Journal of Economic History

The Journal of Economic History has been published continuously since 1940. It is now published quarterly in March, June, September, and December by Cambridge University Press in cooperation with the University of Michigan. The JEH seeks to promote the scholarly study of economic aspects of the human past from a diversity of perspectives, notably those of economists and historians, and to stimulate discourse among scholars with varied interests and modes of inquiry.

Articles on economic history and related aspects of history or economics will be considered for publication. Submissions are made electronically at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/jeh which also details the various steps. There is no submission fee for members of the Economic History Association. For nonmembers, there is a submission fee of $60. To pay the submission fee click here.

The JEH is currently co-edited by William Collins, Vanderbilt University and Dan Bogart, University of California_Irvine. Associate Editor for Book Reviews for the Americas office is Eric Hilt, Wellesley College. Associate Editor for Book Reviews for all other areas is Aldo Muscacchio, Brandeis University.
