EH.R: Daily S&P 500

I am looking for a data set of daily closing value of the S&P 500 series. As I understand the series began in 1957, however, at that time it was an expansion of earlier series that were quoted daily back to at least 1928, when it was the S&P 90. If anyone can provide me with this historical series or a source for me to find it, I would appreciate hearing from them. Thank you. ---------------------------- Samuel H. Williamson >
