
AEH is a service designed to assist economic historians in sharing information about their work. Abstracts are welcome for all types of work in the field, including dissertations, working papers, conference presentations, journal articles, and contributions to anthologies.
Abstracts in Economic History is administered by EH.Net. The editor of AEH is William Hutchinson.
The only conditions for listing an abstract are that
The service has two components, the Abstract Library and e-mail distribution via the EH.Res (Economic History Research) mailing list. All abstracts accepted for the archive will be posted to EH.Res as they become available. At the same time, abstracts will be added to the Library accessible through the EH.Net web site, where they will be archived in a database searchable by keyword and a variety of other fields. As it grows, this library, available to anyone without charge, will be a valuable resource for the profession.
