Commercial items

  • Brief cases / pens / blocks (merchandising): The sponsoring firm may include its logo in the external part of the case, along with the Congress' logo, as well as in the pen and note block. This material will be handed out to all participants.
    Cost: USD 2.500.-
  • Opening cocktail: The sponsoring firm may include its logo in the invitation, which will be put inside the brief case for all participants. It may also place a sign in the Buen Ayre Salon, where the cocktail will take place. Cost: USD 5.000.-
  • Banners: The sponsoring firm may place its logo in the banners, including:

    1. access signs

    2. main signs at the Auditorium and the session rooms (12)

    3. access sign 5th floor

    4. hanging banners (7)

    5. time schedules at the entrances

    Cost: USD 4.500.-

  • Web page: The sponsoring firm may place its logo in the XIII IEHA Congress' website www.eh.net/XIIICongress. Cost: USD 2.500.-
  • Documentation / CDs: The sponsoring firm may place its logo along with the name of the XIII Congress in the documentation to be handed out to the participants, as well as in the CDs. Cost: USD 10.000.-
  • Coffee service: The sponsoring firm may place a banner in the 2nd lower level of the Hotel where the coffee service will be offered. It will consist of 2 cups of coffee per 5 days, per participant. Cost: USD 5.000.-
  • Stands: The stands will be located in the 2nd lower level of the Hilton Hotel at the Stands Exhibition Pacífico I Hall. Enclosed, you fill find a plan of the place.
