Les territoires de production - XIII-XXe siècle)" - Vérviers (Belgium), 5 - 7 april, 2001: 1) L'industrie de la laine en Europe 1200-1600; 2) Kausystem, Verlagssystem et manufactures (1600-1800); 3) Genéve, l'Espagne, l'Italie et toujours l'Angleterre; 4) Anciennes et nouvelles laines, anciennes et nuovelles mecaniques; 5) L'industrie italienne er Verviers, Verviers et l'industrie italienne; 6) Le nord de la France, l'Allemagne, la Peninsule iberique et le reste du monde; 7) L'industrie de la laine aprés 1945.

Second preliminary session: "Wool: products and markets (13th-20th century)" - Schio, Valdagno, Follina, Prato, Biella (Italy), 24 - 27 october 2001: 1) Raw-materials market; 2) Products' quality; 3) Products markets.
