The IEHA International Commission on Reform encourages interested parties to send their suggestions to the EH.Net Congress list. The list will provide a public forum for dialogue among people who wish to be involved in the reform process. It will also serve as a venue for the Commission to post draft proposals and request reactions from subscribers.

As with any list, postings sent to Congress will be sent automatically to all other subscribers. To subscribe to the Congress list, send the following one-line message:
