Subject: soon registration

Dear colleague:

As the date of the Congress approaches, there are a few things that require our attention. Both the Madrid Regional Government -- sponsor of the welcoming reception at the Old Casa de Postas -- and the Spanish Federation of Saving Banks -- sponsor of the farewell party at the Hotel Ritz -- need to know how many people they will be hosting before the August holiday season takes in full.

This is one of the reasons why the re-registration (at no additional cost) of Congress Participants and Accompanying persons is necessary and why we would appreciate it to be as prompt as possible. Other aspects of the social program, such as excursions, are also dependent upon this information.

As this information will be used to plan for these two reception, we cannot guarantee that those who do not register or re-register (as the case may be) in advance will be able to attend those receptions.
